For nearly forty years Tomlinson Associates have maintained the highest standards of patient care and professional practice in osteopathy, earning the trust and gratitude of thousands of patients.
All of the osteopaths at Tomlinson Associates are fully qualified and registered with the General Osteopathic Council, the governing body and regulator of the profession.
Throughout the constant process of updating knowledge and clinical practice, Tomlinson Associates has developed into a leading team of osteopaths experienced in treating a wide variety of both acute and chronic conditions.
Today, the principal osteopath is Steven D. Baines, a graduate of the prestigious British School of Osteopathy in London, the UK’s oldest institution for osteopathic training. To complete the team we have another experienced osteopath, Fabio Castellini, also a BSO graduate.
The recently updated clinic is set in one of Rochdale’s oldest secular buildings, a short distance from the admired St. Chad’s church.
Both our osteopaths use structural and cranial osteopathic techniques, combined with therapeutic massage and joint mobilisation. These techniques are especially useful for the treatment of almost all musculo-skeletal pains, trapped nerves, sports injuries or aching joints and muscles. Treatments can be easily adapted to treat all ages from babies to the elderly.
